Camping Space
Space is available for camping on the property in either a tent or a trailer.
If you are planning to bring a trailer please contact Brian directly (lynneandbrian@hotmail.com) to ensure appropriate space and placement is allocated.
The camping area is close to the action, which means it may be noisy.
Please let your Family Contact know if you will be camping and the size of your tent will be, so space can be considered for everyone.
Alternate Camping - Beavermead
If you would like to camp, there is also a camping site nearby called Beavermead.

For those of you looking for an upgrade, the following is a short list of a few of those accommodations that are reasonably close to our place.
This is a start as there are lots more hotels, motels and B&B’s in Peterborough and the surrounding area. TravelinOntario provides a further list of hotels.
- Best Western Otonabee Inn (probably the best place) (approx 8 kms)
- Holiday Inn (approx 8 km – downtown location)
- Motel 6 (approx 7 km)
- Nite Owl Motel (approx 4 kms – very basic/clean but also closest)
- Blue Jay Motel (approx 8 kms – very basic/clean a little further east)
- Down Rabbit Lane B&B (approx 4 kms – very good reputation)
- Burley's Garden Suite and Kitchen (approx 4 kms – very close)
- Liftlock Guest House B&B (approx 3 kms – two suites / right on canal)
- Comfort Inn (approx 10 kms)
