Registration - What to tell your Family Contact 

1. Which days you plan to attend and when you will arrive (breakfast, lunch, dinner?)
   
   
2. How many people from your family will attend and how much you will be paying.
   
   
3. If you need tent space.
   
   
4. If you can volunteer for food prep/serving and kid's activities.
   
   
5. If you want to play golf on Friday - see the Golf Tournament page.

Costs

The cost for this three-day event (including meals) is as follows:

1. Adults: $TBD (was $40)
   
   
2. Youth(6-12): $TBD
   
   
3. Over 80 or under 5: Free

Costs cover meals, drinks, washroom facilities, event material and more.

Get your payment in by April 1

You should have received a registration request letter from your family contact. Ask around if you have not received it.

Information and payment is due by April 1 to your family contact.

Please use email transfer to pay if you can, it is easier.
